Start with Staffcloud in 5 steps

Welcome to Staffcloud! Your personal Staffcloud instance allows you to use all key functionalities of the software. You can invite, register and calculate wages for your employees for up to 300 assignments / 1,800 assignment hours free of charge. All your staff members get unlimited and free access to the Staffcloud mobile and web app to register for shifts and see their future assignments.    

 

For the perfect start into a new dimension of staff planning we have compiled 5 short videos for you, which outline Staffcloud´s key functionalities (in German with English subtitles). Each video has a maximum length of 6 minutes. 

 

Please note that the employees whom we have pre-filled your free version with are NOT REAL PEOPLE. Rather, we have created this dummy data for you to test the functionalities of the software. Of course, you can add yourself or other people as employees and schedule them for assignments any time.  

 

As soon as a (real) person is added as an employee, they get access to the Staffcloud mobile app (Android and iOS download) and the web application.
