Staffcloud offers in many places the possibility to select different objects. For example, employees found in the employee administration can be marked with a checkbox or in staff planning, functions can be marked with a click.
If there are actions available for the selected items, the action bar is displayed at the bottom of the screen. The actions that are available depend on the current context.
The action bar contains the most frequently used actions as action buttons. Available keyboard shortcuts are displayed on the left-hand side of the action bar. The Esc key, which is used to completely cancel a selection, is always available. The number of selected objects to be edited is displayed on the right.
Certain buttons offer advanced options. These become visible by clicking on the rear part of the button, marked with three dots.
In the context menu, the same options are available for individual objects as for multiple selection using the action buttons.
