Connect YouSign with Staffcloud

To set up the integration between YouSign and Staffcloud for the Contracts add-on, you will also need an account with YouSign.

Connecting your YouSign account to Staffcloud in 6 steps

Step 1: In YouSign, navigate to “Developers” > “API.”

Step 2: Now create an API key in YouSign with the values “Mode: Production” and “Access: Full Access.”

Step 3: Copy the API key you just created from YouSign. 

Step 4: Now switch to your Staffcloud instance and paste the copied API token into Staffcloud in the Integrations > YouSign (gear icon) > Integration settings > Account settings  field “API token.”

Step 5: In the “Base URI” field, enter a base URI [https://api.yousign.app].

Step 6: Now navigate back to YouSign in the “Developers” > “Webhooks” area and create a webhook with the following properties:

    a. Endpoint URL: https://[tenant].staff.cloud/webhooks/yousign/signature-requests

    b. Environment: Production

    c. Scope: All Scopes

    d. Workspaces: All Workspaces

    e. Select all options for “Subscribed events.”
