Select an Event/Project and click on Invitation List.
Select one or more functions for which you want to invite employees.
Set your filters on the left to invite the right staff members. Click on Search.

A warning sign appears for employees who are already registered for another assignment in the event period.
A warning sign is displayed where a staff member is missing the right qualifications.
Any absence in the employee calendar which might conflict with the event period is ignored during the search.
Employees who are already registered for another assignment in the event period are nevertheless displayed.
The employees’ qualifications have no influence on the search.
Staff members who are marked as absent during the event period are not shown.
Employees who are already registered for another assignment in the event period are not displayed.
Only staff who are qualified for this event are shown.
Select the employees you would like to invite and click on Invite/Enroll
