In the invitation list, you can invite your employees to a project/event.

Select an Event/Project and click on Invitation List in the extended Action Button:

You can also find the Invitation List in the top bar of Staff Planning:

Select one or more functions for which you want to invite employees.

Set your filters on the left to invite the right staff members. Click on Search.

Use the Availabilities, Conflicts and Qualifications Filters to optimize the search results:

	availability	conflicts	qualifications
Show	If a staff member is marked as absent in the employee calendar, a warning sign is shown.	A warning sign appears for employees who are already registered for another assignment in the event period.	A warning sign is displayed where a staff member is missing the right qualifications.
Ignore	Any absence in the employee calendar which might conflict with the event period is ignored during the search.	Employees who are already registered for another assignment in the event period are nevertheless displayed.	The employees’ qualifications have no influence on the search.
Enforce	Staff members who are marked as absent during the event period are not shown.	Employees who are already registered for another assignment in the event period are not displayed.	Only staff who are qualified for this event are shown.

Select the employees you would like to invite and click on Invite/Enroll

Invite	Staff members receive an invitation and can register (=interested) for the event or ignore it (=not interested)
Enroll	The invitation is skipped, and all selected employees are enrolled immediately.

Click on Invitation List to see who has been invited to the event.

Click on the info icon to see which functions an employee has been invited for.
