With the "Mobile time tracking" module, Staffcloud offers you the option for employees to check themselves in and out in real time.
This function is available in three modes:
- Time stamp submissions with or without location information
- Validated check-ins by scanning a provided QR code
- Validated check-ins by scanning an NFC tag
The option to submit check-ins or time stamps can be found in the employee app in the overview, under "My assignments" and in the assignment details of the respective assignment.
- The next three assignments are displayed in short form in the overview. You can switch between the assignments by swiping left and right. Check-ins and time stamps can be submitted directly within the specified time period. Progress is also displayed here during the assignment.
- Employees can find their assignments sorted chronologically under "My assignments". The next assignment is always at the top. The Check-In-button and stamp symbol can be used to submit check-ins and/or time stamps.
- The two options "Time stamp" and "Check-in" can be found at the bottom of the assignment details and are only available during the period specified by the planner.
"Time stamp" button or stamp symbol
The "Time stamp" button or the button with the stamp symbol takes you to the "Time log" page in the "Time stamp" tab.
"Add time stamp" takes the employee to the following view, where comments and attachments can be added. "Save" submits the time stamp to the planner and displays the time stamp in the overview.
"Check-In" button
The "Check-In" button leads to the "Time Log" page in the "Check-In" tab.
"Check in" opens the scanner for QR codes or NFC and the QR code or NFC tag provided must be scanned. The check-in is then displayed in the "Check-In" tab.
Depending on the configuration by the planner, clicking on "Pause" or "Check out" also opens the scanner.
