Staff Planning lets you assign and/or decline staff members for selected projects/events. We explain the process in more detail below.
Step 1: Simply click on the name of the project in the project overview to access staff planning. If you want to plan several projects at the same time, select them and then click on the Staffplanning Button:
Step 2: assign an employee to the selected event via drag & drop.
Your staff member is now provisionally assigned and is thus greyed out.
Their provisional assignment is not visible to them.
Once you have allocated your employees to the desired functions, click ‘Assign’. This notifies employees of their assignment via email and/or push notivication, and in Staffcloud, they are now highlighted in blue. This is changed to green, once a staff member confirms their assignment.

It is also possible to decline employees.
To do so, click on the staff member’s context menu, then click on ‘Decline’.
Employees who are rejected for a function are no longer displayed as registered for this function. You can reject employees for individual functions or for an entire event or project by selecting the name of the person and then clicking on the project or event:
Rejected employees are no longer listed among the registered persons. If you do decide to assign a person who has already been rejected, you can display them using the filter:
