Bringing employees back to the status applied

Inviting the employees to a project, they have been denied to is a little complicated.
In most cases it is sufficient that the employee has the possibility to 'unsubscribe' from the inappropriate assignments.

from the invitation list.

Therefore it is first necessary to set the filter of the employee status to 'Denied'.

The employee must be 'provisionally assigned' within the planning.

The easiest way to do this is to select the employee and the required assignment.

By using the buttons ''Toggle functions by type' in the footer, the employee can also be easily dragged into several shifts.

In a second step the employee can be 'Unassign' in the same way by clicking on the name.

Several shifts can be selected by clicking on the button 'Toggle assignmentsby employee' and then 'Unassign'.

Now the employee has the status 'applied' again and 'sign off' himself from the unsuitable assignments.

In this video the whole process is shown.

Employees entirely from the 'Disenroll' project

After the steps listed above, the employee can be found within the invitation list. After selecting the employee, he can be removed from the project using the 'Disenroll' button.

This video shows how to remove employees from the invitation list.

By searching again, the employee can be invited to the necessary functions again.
