Reporting Module: Integrating Forms into Staffcloud

With the "Reporting" module, we offer the option of integrating forms via an interface with Formstack. This works as follows: 


You need to set up a Formstack account depending on how many different forms you need (https://www.formstack.com/pricing). You also need to have the paid Formstack integration module activated in Staffcloud. To do this, please contact support@staff.cloud.


With this integration, it is possible to create forms in Fomstack and integrate them into selected projects or events in Staffcloud. Several different forms can also be integrated per event or project:



The settings offer the option of selecting when a report should be submitted (before or after an assignment), whether completion of the form is mandatory and whether an employee should be automatically reminded to complete the forms by a notification. 


In the SC Mobile app, another tile is displayed next to "Send work data" in the "To complete" section, namely "Fill reports":



Here, employees can directly access the form stack reports to fill them out:


The planner will see in the work data tab whether and which forms have already been submitted:
