Communication Language

The Communication Language is the language in which your employees receive their Staffcloud notifications.

We recommend positioning this field on the first page of the application form to ensure that future employees receive automated messages in their preferred language.

In the settings under the ‘Forms’ tab, you can drag and drop the field ‘Communication Language’ from ‘Available Fields’ to ‘Employee Management’, the ‘Recruitment Page’ or ‘Employee - My Account’.

The languages your employees can choose from are dependent on the selected languages in your localisation settings.
