My Invitations; apply or ignore

Created by Barbara Blatter, Modified on Tue, 11 Aug, 2020 at 1:53 PM by Barbara Blatter

Invitations to assignments are sent to the employee by the employer.

They can be sent to you by email and you can answer the requests by computer or in the Mobile App.

The app's overview shows you the latest invitation from your employer. You can see the most important information of the invitation at first glance.

In the example project 'Promotion Ovodrink' we are looking for an employee for the location in Zurich for 8 assignments between 12.08. and 27.08.

A tap on the tile of the assignment opens the project information. You can find more information on this below in this article or here.

If you have problems logging in to the app, you can find help here.

Apply for Assignment or ignore the invitation

ApplyI would like to apply for that job.
IgnoreI do ignore this job

You can ignore them by swiping (wiping to the left or right) or you can apply for that assignment. Note thtat an application for a job does not necessarily mean that you will get this job.

It happens that you have been invited to several assignments within a project. Then a small selection window appears when you swip an assignment:

For All Apply | All Ignore

You sign up for all missions in this project to which you have been invited | You ignore all missions in this project to which you have been invited

A list of the assignments within the project can be found in the details.

The assignment details contain information about your work assignment.

This can include, for example, the exact address of the location, the work clothes, the communication data of the project managers and more. Your employer will inform you about this.

You will also see a table under all the information with all the outreaches included in the project to which you have been invited.

With the checkbox on the left side of each assignment you can select the dates or positions where you are available and can work.

It may be that for some projects you can only register or deregister for all assignments. This is due to a setting on the part of your employer.

You can access the same overview by clicking on the assignment in the overview.
