Sum of approved working hours:

Total hours worked and approved in Work Data can now be exported as a sum. For this export, it is of no consequence whether the wage type is fixed or hourly.

To export the total work time per assignment in hours, select the “Assignments” tab in the export module:

After selecting the field “Assignment work times” and clicking on “fields”, a selection of exportable data opens. You can now choose any information on work times that you need. Once everything you need is selected, close the pop-up in the top righthand corner.

Every field you select makes up one column in the export.

To achieve a meaningful export, you should set up some search criteria.  This can be, for example, the project name, or the time period in which the assignments took place.
