The Availability module is a paid add-on. Please contact us at support@staff.cloud to activate itThe Availabilities module offers the option of querying the days and times when employees are available for jobs without having to invite them to specific projects.
In contrast to the classic query as to whether a person would like to take on a job, time slots and available days are queried here, usually in advance for a period of several weeks.
The availability queries can be configured and sent out in the “Availabilities” menu item:
By default, the overview shows current availabilities that have already been queried, as well as planned shifts and any absences that have been entered. If work quotas times have been entered, these are also displayed. The view can be customized using the filters and grouping options:
Employees who have reported their availability appear in the “Available” tab on the right-hand side of the staffplanning page. By hovering over the name of the employee, you can then see from the coloring whether an availability has been reported and whether this availability is for the entire assignment or only partially:
