Overview of projects and planning progress, usage of filters, action buttons and tabs
Projects Overview
In the Projects overview, you will find your active projects and events with different columns - by default for the period from last month.
You can see the date, time, location, customers, the name of the planner, the number of registrations, as well as the planning progress (in numbers as well as in the bar) and the number of open positions.
You can pin particularly important projects at the top by clicking on the pin icon:
You can also give your projects tags to categorize or filter them:
Here's how to create such tags: Creating Tags for Projects, Employees and Recruitment
To create a new project, use the "Add new project" button.
In the tabs Drafts, Aborted, Archived you will find the projects with their respective statuses (not active).
- In the Drafts, you'll find projects that you've started creating but haven't been activated yet.
- In Aborted, you will find projects that were aborted before they change to the archived status (see also here: Cancelling a project or event - Abort project)
- Under Archived you will find all projects that have been archived - see also here: Archive, Delete or Abort?
The various filters allow you to reset the timeframe of displayed projects and filter by location, client, planner, or tags.
Filters set here will remain saved/cached in the browser so they don´t need to be set each time
With the search function, you can search full text for project or event names.
In the "Enrolled" column, you might also see numbers in green or in red:
These numbers indicate the amount of applications / withdrawals of applications since the last time you entered the staff planning page of this project or event.
From projects overview, you can switch directly to staff planning by clicking on a project´s or event´s name. By selecting one or more projects or events, you can use the action buttons below to switch either to editing or to the various staff planning tabs. Use the 3 dots next to the buttons:
You can also use the 3 dots next to the project/event name to set various actions:
