Sometimes you might like to ensure to invite enough employees who can fulfil a certain function by using a dedicated search.
To do so, you need to select the specific project and events in Staff Planning.
In Staff Planning, there is a third filter which can display either single functions or all functions grouped together (you can change this setting with every search).
In this instance, the function 'Hostessen' (hostesses) was chosen, a new search was conducted and invitations were sent.
Employees were therefore only invited for this specific function.
