If necessary, the working hours must still be adjusted by the team leader before approval.
Adjust work hours by the team leader
If working hours still need to be adjusted after the assignment (e.g., a check-out was forgotten), the team leader can send the working hours as a proposal to the employer and/or have them approved by the customer on site. This is done via the "Team Work Data" button:
In the team work data, (for multi-day projects) the current day is always displayed automatically.
To also edit past working times, you can select the respective date using the filter:

With the "pen" icon, the desired time can now be entered. Directly below the work data, the team leader can also enter a remark, which will be transmitted to the planner along with the working time.

You can also adjust the times for several people at once. Simply select multiple people and then choose "bulk edit" at the top:
Finally, the adjusted times can be approved by the customer:
This opens a form in which all the employees' working hours are listed again, and at the end, the customer can enter their company name, the signing contact person, and the email address, and then sign directly on your smartphone with their finger:
By clicking on "Release work data," the work data approved by the customer will be sent directly to your employer and to the contact address entered in the email.
