Teamleader App for employees

Published:
Updated:
In advance: Staffcloud and the Teamleader App are not open job platforms. To use them, you must be registered as an employee with an employer and have received login credentials.

The Teamleader App is a web-based app and can be accessed in the browser at [CompanyName].staff.cloud/teamleader.

Once you are assigned as a team leader for an event, you can use the Teamleader App to manage check-in and break times for other project employees, provide a QR code, and view the contact details of the scheduled employees.

Assigned as Team Leader

You may have been assigned as a team leader. You can recognize this because this button appears in your assignment (TLA = TeamLeader App):

The Teamleader app opens directly when you click the button in your default browser.

Please always have your username (=email address) and your password ready, which you also use for the Staffcloud app (ideally, you save these in your smartphone’s password manager). Log in to the TLA, then you will see the upcoming projects and events where you have been assigned as team leader. You can view past projects under the "Past" tab.

Select the desired project. You can now provide the QR code for employees in the chosen project, view your team, or check in and out individual or multiple people.

In the team overview, you can view employee details and contact the person via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp (if installed on both smartphones), as well as perform check-ins or check-outs. In the sections "Missing check-ins/outs/breaks," only the people who have not yet checked in or out or have not yet taken breaks are shown.

Adjust working hours by the team leader
If working hours still need to be adjusted after the assignment (e.g., a check-out was forgotten), the team leader can send the working hours as a suggestion to the employer. This is done via the "Team Work Data" button:

In the team work data, (for multi-day projects) the current day is always displayed automatically.

To also edit past working times, you can select the respective date using the filter:

To edit the working hours for an individual employee, click on the "pencil" icon next to the name:

In the now opening screen, first select at Start, End, and if applicable Pause whether the planned time (i.e., the time for which the deployment was planned) or the checked time should be used.

Attention: If you want to adjust the time, you must select "planned time"!

In this example, I want to edit the start time and keep the checked end time. You can tell that the planned time is editable by the "pencil" icon next to the start time:

It is also possible to enter times for which there was no check-in (in this case, adjust the planned time twice).

With the "pencil" icon, the desired time can now be entered. Directly below the work data, the team leader can also enter a remark, which will be sent to the scheduler together with the working hours.

Please remember to save after editing:

Completed assignments are identified by the green icon in the overview:

Edit multiple working times at once:

You can also adjust the times for several people simultaneously. Simply select multiple people and then choose "bulk edit" at the top:

The remaining procedure remains the same as when editing individual employees.

Finally, the edited times of the persons must still be transmitted:

The pop-up confirms that the transmission was successful:
