• Ensure that notifications are enabled for the app.

2. Verify Device Do Not Disturb Mode

• Ensure that your device is not in Do Not Disturb mode.
• Go to Settings > Sound > Do Not Disturb.
• If enabled, turn it off or allow exceptions for notifications.

3. Check App Permissions

• In the Staffcloud, app, navigate to my profile -> settings
• Ensure that notifications are enabled

4. Verify Battery Optimization Settings

• Some devices restrict app activity to conserve battery life.
• Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization.
• Select the Staffcloud app and choose Don’t Optimize.

5. Update the App and OS

• Ensure that both the app and your Android operating system are up-to-date.
• Visit the Google Play Store to check for app updates.
• Go to Settings > System > Software Update to check for OS updates.

6. Restart Your Device

• Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve notification issues.
