Configuration of Wage Types

A salary often consists of more than one salary component. It can consist of a daily rate, a subsequent rate and expenses for kilometers driven or lunch deductions. Staffcloud therefore distinguishes between wage types and wage profiles. A wage profile can contain one or more wage types.
Wage types can be configured under Configuration -> Wages -> Wage types:
To create a new Wage Type, click “New Wage Type”:
To edit an existing wage type, click on the wage type - the window with the configuration will open.
Please note: wage types that have already been used can only be edited slightly (e.g. the name or ID can be changed, but not the value).
Explanation of the values to be entered:

| ID | The ID can be filled with the identification of the wage programm |
| Base Value Type | predefined (per wage type) = is fixed in all assignments adjustable (per assignment) |
| Controllable | The wage type can be set active or inactive, this is usable for wage types that are not paid in every assignment, e.g. expences |
| Activated | This Option is to set a salary type as active or inactive per default. |
| Proposable | decides whether the employee can select this wage type or even enter his or her expenses as an amount |
| Quota Relevant | If this wage type is to be added to the work quota target, expenses are often not included here |
| Valid on Days | on which day of the week this wage is valid (e.g. only Sundays for Sunday surcharges) |
| Valid from > to | At what time of day of the days selected above is this wage type valid |
| Payment Type | Rated - The salary type is is rated after the worked hours or another base value that can be entered in the Rate Base field Fixed - a one time amount |
| Rate | Base value of the salary type |
| Rate Base | Can hold /h or /km. All other Rate bases can be entered in the field underneath |
| Unit | h / KM - The Unit the Salary is rated with. This can be entered freely |
| Editable Factor | The calculated amount can be edited |
| Dynamic Value | The Value is linked to a attribute of an employee, a customer or an event. |
| Conditioning Attribute | Select the value the salary is linked to |
