Preliminary note: Staffcloud is not an open job platform. Only when your employer activates you as an employee in Staffcloud will you gain access to the system.

Getting access to Staffcloud

Once your employer activates you in Staffcloud, you will receive an email containing your login details for the Staffcloud App and web portal.

The email contains:

1. a link to your employer's Staffcloud web portal
2. your username – your email address
3. your password
4. a link to download the Staffcloud App

If the email is delivered to your spam folder, you can add noreply@staff.cloud as a trusted sender.

Logging in to the web portal

Open the link provided in your welcome email or access your employer's web portal directly in your browser.

The URL usually follows this format:

companyname.staff.cloud

Enter the email address registered with your employer in the “Username” field. Then enter your password and click “Log in”.

Forgot your password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page.

Enter your username or email address. You will receive an email with a link that allows you to set a new password.
