Within “Show enrolled employees” - "Applicant Insights", you can see additional information about employees that have applied for a job:

“Applicant Insights” show, among other things:

• the distance between the employee’s place of residence and the assignment location (which can also be sorted after)

• which relevant qualifications the employee has (with the possibility to filter for certain qualifications)

• whether the employee has already worked for the project´s customer (also sortable)

Employees can also be provisionally assigned directly from this view. You can select either individual employees or multiple employees and assign them together.
