Description

In the work data section, we support both assignment-based and employee-based views. In addition, various filters and setting options are available in the work data section. These are explained individually below.

Grouping work data by assignments or by employees

The grouping mode allows you to switch between the different views:

Filtering by projects, events, functions and — if the add-on is activated — teams

The filters from assignment planning are also available in the work data section. In addition, it is also possible to filter by payroll approval status:

The funnel icon can be used to apply additional selections to the work data:

The full-text search can be used to search for employee names in the employee view, and for event names in the assignment view:

Hide accepted proposals
Only available if the “Submit work data” or “Mobile time tracking” add-ons are activated

The gear icon can be used to define whether already accepted suggestions should be hidden.
